The project consisted of concrete repair; installation of concrete speed bumps; parking lot stenciling; striping of stalls, fire lanes and crosswalks; and re-painting ramps. The job was completed on time and on budget.

Roads in Crane, Loving, Pecos, Reeves, Ward and Winkler counties are getting maintenance work done as part of a seal coating project this summer. While some work is
completed, other areas are scheduled to be done this week and next.
While the roads being worked on aren’t shut down for the work to be done, delays are likely.
Here is the current schedule as provided by the contractor:
- Jul 11 and July 12: Finishing a 15-mile stretch on State Highway 302 in Winkler County between State Highway 18 and Loving County line.
- July 12 and 13: An 18-mile stretch on State Highway 302 in Loving County from the Winkler County line to FM 1933 East.
